Meet Susy Barre, for whom it is an honour to be an ambassador for the Gala Robe Rouge Gatineau for a 3rd consecutive year. She is committed to this cause in honour of the courage and resilience of her friend and honorary ambassador Nadia Dubé, who suffered a severe stroke 11 years ago. The Executive Coordinator at the patent office, who blew out 50 candles this year, is as determined, passionate and energetic as ever in everything she does. For her, more than ever, heart and mind health is important to her and her loved ones. And for good reason, in addition to being a very active woman, mom and mother-in-law of 4 children now adults she finds the time to plan and cross items from her "bucket list", including a parachute jump in 2022, get married to her Jean-Sébastien 3 weeks after this Gala, and tour Canada in RV when she retires. This lover of glamour, stars and shoes, has a penchant for physical exercise including a little boxing and jogging. Susy is a force of nature and despite her severe asthma, she continues to train for her physical and mental health. For Susy, wanting is power! We can change things and make a difference for the cause of the heart because Together we can!
