Obligations of partner :
- The company must be present and represented at the booth on the evening of February 7th, 2026 for an approximate duration of 3 hours, from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm; There is a possibility for a draw on site (please advise the director) - Take note of the kiosque partner document;
- Provide gift cards for gift bags OR gifts for draws;
- Promote the "Red Dress" event to your network to ensure an increased presence on the day of the event;
- Provide a logo for the 2026 Red Dress Gala Facebook page
- Participate in ticket sales (if possible);
Benefits to the partner :
- A booth (10 X 10) during the evening of February 7th,, 2026 (the partner must provide his equipment);
- Facebook link to the company (possibility of photos provided by partner);
- Mention on poster during the evening
- Two passes for exhibitors
Details :
- The kiosk (10 x 10 includes: 1 table, 2 chairs, table cloth
- Power socket available (but you have to confirm if necessary)
- No display on the walls
- Ability to display your pull-up poster (maximum 10 x 10)
- Possibility of providing samples at the kiosk;
- Possibility of selling products at the kiosk;
- Mounting of kiosk: The time will be between 12:00 and 15:00 the day of the event
- You can use the loading dock, if necessary, located at 164 Hôtel de Ville
- Arrival and departure times for the evening: 10:00 arrival; 23:00 departure
- Parking: we recommend that you park your car outside the Palais des Congrès (rue de La Courcelette) for easier access
- The Gala takes place on the 3rd floor of the Palais des Congrès in the ballroom
- Dinner will be included in this agreement.
